Coal India subsidiary Central Coalfield Limited (CCL) in association with National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM,), Ranchi chapter organised a seminar on artificial intelligence and impact on Human Resource and new wage code organised on Thursday at CCL headquarter in the State Capital.
Director (Personnel), CCL, HN Mishra delivered the keynote address on artificial intelligence and impact on Human Resource while Ex General Manager (Personnel), CMPDIL, NK Ojha spoke on the new wage code.
Speaking on the occasion the CCL Director (Personnel) dwelled on various aspects of Artificial intelligence and how it impacts Human Resources. He spoke about the positive aspects of Artificial intelligence and the need to use it constructively. Ojha spoke in detail about the different labour laws functioning in the Country.
Ex Director (P&IR), Coal India Limited, AK Choubey and GD Ghulab along with delegates from CCL, CMPDIL and various other public sector undertakings attended the seminars. The welcome address was delivered by Chief Manager (Per), CCL and Secretary NIPM, Ranchi chapter, Sanjay while Treasurer NIPM, Rekha Pandey gave vote of thanks.
