Special programmes through a campaign flagged off by Social Welfare Secretary Rajeev Arun Ekka on Friday will be held in all 38,000 anganwadi Kendras till August 7 in the state to cover 16 lakh lactating mothers, 8 lakh pregnant women and about 16 lakh children below two years. Anganwadis workers in all Kendras will organize counselling sessions on breastfeeding.
