Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has invited his counterparts from all states and Union Territories to participate in the ‘Ramayana Festival’, which will be held in Raigarh from June 1 to 3.
Baghel in his invite emphasized the importance of the states and Union Territories joining the event with their Ramayana performance groups. The team participation will enhance the grandeur and dignity of the event.
The festival will showcase various competitive programmes and dance dramas centred on Aranya Kanda of Ramayana, an official communication said.
The event will feature performances on the Ramayana by ‘Manas Mandalis’ of various states as well as foreign troupes.
