For the first time in the history of 75 years of independence of the country, the amount of 300 centrally sponsored schemes is going directly into the accounts of the beneficiaries. There is no middleman in between. There is no paper quorum and this has become possible due to the visionary thinking of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The budget of the year 2023-24 is the budget of every section of the country. No such class or area is untouched by this budget,” said Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth during a press conference at his office on Sunday.
Seth said that this budget is mainly dedicated to farmers, rural development, women's development and empowerment, Vishwakarma, middle class, MSME, health, education and promotion of youth, self-employment. Along with this, the promotion of cultivation of Shree Anna i.e. coarse grains is beneficial for the health of the citizens of this country, for the health of the small farmers of the country and for the health of the soil of the country.
The MP said that in the financial year 2022-23, a budget of Rs 48,000 crore was kept for the construction of Prime Minister's house, which was increased to Rs 79,590 crore. This 66 per cent increase will provide housing to the poor of the country.
Aspirational block program is being started in 500 block headquarters of the country to improve health, education, nutrition and housing systems in the budget.
Seth expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for making many ambitious plans for the development of tribal society and implementing them. He said that for the upliftment of the tribal society, the way has been cleared for the establishment of 740 Eklavya Model Schools for better education of 3 lakh 50 thousand tribal children, as well as the appointment of 38,800 teachers and employees. This will not only bring a big change in the children of tribal society but also create employment opportunities.
At the same time, a strong foundation of self-reliant India is going to be laid through cooperatives and Vishwakarma. New self-employment opportunities will be provided by helping artisans and craftsmen. Under this, arrangements have been made to give loans up to Rs 2 lakh to people associated with any such sector. Now no tax will have to be paid on income up to Rs 7 lakh. This is a big relief for the middle class family. Along with this, the limit of the amount to be deposited under the Senior Citizen Savings Scheme has been increased from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 30 lakh.
The MP said that the Ministry of Railways has also given many gifts to the Ranchi Lok Sabha constituency. In the east, the work of revival of Ranchi and Piska Nagdi railway station is going on. It is being revamped. This work has started with an amount of more than 600 crores. In this new budget session, it has been said that Hatia, Balshring, Piska Nagdi, Chandil, Silli and Tatisilve railway stations of Ranchi Lok Sabha constituency will be made model stations. All these stations will be given a facelift at a cost of crores. The Railway Minister himself is constantly reviewing every area of the Railways to speed up the speed of the Railways even more. I had been meeting the Honorable Railway Minister regularly regarding the Hatia-Bondamunda and Lodhma-Piska rail lines, the result was that an amount of 370 crores has been allocated for the expansion and development of both these rail lines.
