This is the finest Budget amid challenges all around. Welfare of the poor remains in the centre of both Union and Jharkhand Budgets. I congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for coming up with transparent, inspiring and financially balanced one. Budgetary allocation for AIIMS in Jharkhand is a blessing. One Crore houses for the poor, electricity to all the villages by March 2018, Rs 10 lakh Crores for agricultural lending, Rs1.84 lakh Crores for women and children, market based training for Rs3.5 Crores of youth, tax rebate for middle class and no new tax are steps which will bring immense positive impact. These all are indicative of Achchhe Din.”
