BSNL has made many offers available under Optical Fiber based High Speed Broadband Service (FTTH). BSNL, Ranchi General manager UP Sah said that consumers can get advantage of the offers at affordable rates. Up to 30 Mbps download speed up to 3300 GB at a rental of Rs 449/- per month is available under Fiber Basic plan. Up to 100 Mbps for 3,300 GB at a rental of Rs 799/- per month under Fiber Value plan and downloads up to 200 Mbps at a rental of Rs 999/- per month under Fiber Premium plan is available. Up to 200 Mbps downloads up to 3,300 GB at a rental of Rs 1,499 per month
under Fiber Ultra plan Up to 300 Mbps per month. The speed is available up to 4000 GB download.
BSNL is providing “Bharat Fiber Service” (FTTH) under revenue sharing model with Local Cable TV Operator/TIP in order to provide better service to the subscribers at faster speed. Cable operators provide BSNL connections to the consumers in the respective areas as well as do the work of fault rectification in case of
service failure.
Cost of the modem/switch installed at the subscriber with the connection is payable by the subscriber to the cable operator/TIP. Consumers can book a new FTTH connection from www.bookmyfiber.bsnl.co.in, nearest BSNL customer care centre or by calling 18003451504.

Along with this, BSNL Ranchi has started the offer of free SIM sale, under which 2G/3G/4G SIM is being provided free of cost on taking new mobile connection. Consumers will be charged only for recharge charges. General Manager Sah said that on the first recharge of 108, the subscriber gets unlimited calling, 1 GB data per day and 500 SMS, free for 28 days. In PV197, unlimited calling, 2 GB / day data is available for free for 18 days, 150 days validity of this plan. PV249 offers unlimited calling, 2 GB/day data free for 60 days. PV397 offers unlimited calling, 2GB/day data free for 60 days, main validity of this plan is 300 days. PV699 offers unlimited calling, 0.5 GB / day data is available free for 180 days. Long validity plan PV 1999 is available, in which unlimited calling and 500 GB data (additional 100 GB for first 90 days) is available for customers with 365 days validity.
