At Bokaro Steel Plant, a programme was organised by the Personnel Department at the Human Resource Development Centre with the aim of conferring the “Best Employees of the Month” award to the selected personnel for their exemplary performance and exceptional contribution in the field of performance during the month of May. Executive Director (Works) Atanu Bhowmik, Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) Sameer Swarup, Heads of Departments and other senior officers of the departments and employees selected for the award and their family members were present in the programme.
The awardees include Operator Technician (RMP) J Behera, Operator Technician (Sinter Plant) MK Sahu, Sr. Operator (SMS-2 & CCS) S Kumar, Sr. Operator (HRCF) JP Choudhary, OCT(CRM-3) SK Singh, Operator Yard (Traffic) Praveen Kumar and Operator (ACVS) P Alam and Assistant (Personnel) RA Sharma.
Sharing information COC M K Dhan said that with the aim of encouraging and felicitating steel workers for their excellent work done in the direction of improvement and innovation in methodologies, efforts to improve profitability, cost control, use of new technology, safety, automation and digitization etc. This scheme has been implemented under which every month such personnel are selected for the “BSL Best Employee of the Month” award.
