Under the aegis of Human Resource Development Department of BSL, many teams participated and showed their strength in different categories of Management and Business Quiz competition organized for BSL officers and personnel. A total of 17 teams participated in the Saksham Quiz Competition organized for the officers, in which the team of Senior Manager (SIGS) Anand Raj and Senior Manager (Gas Utilities) S.W. Kispotta got the first position, Senior Manager (CED) J Imam and Manager (Personnel) Ankita Dev's team got the first runner-up and the team of Sr. Manager (RMP) F. Mahmood and Sr. Manager (Contract Cell) R. Gupta got the second runner-up position.
Also Samridhi Quiz competition organized especially for women employees of BSL where 9 teams participated in which the team of Manager (Personnel) Ankita Dev and Assistant Manager (Personnel) Sonakshi got the first position, Manager (Vigilance) Prerna Kumari and Manager (Personnel) Vigilance Niharika's team got the first runner-up and Assistant Manager (Personnel) PP Toppo and Manager (Personnel) Sushmita Soren's team got the second runner-up position. Apart from this, a total of 23 teams participated in the Samarth Quiz competition, in which the team of Senior OCT (ETL) Shivendra Kumar and Operator (ETL) Priyank Raj got the first position, OCT (DNW) Durga Prasad and Nayan Chakraborty team got the first runner. The team of UP & OCT (HSM) Ashutosh Anand and OCT (SMS-2 & CCS) Hari Om Kumar got the second runner-up position.
For Saksham and Samridhi Quiz, General Manager (HRD) Neeta Baa acted as Quiz Master while for Samarth Anand Raj played the role of Quiz Master. The winners of the Saksham Quiz were awarded by ED (MM, P&A) VK Pandey. The winners of Samruddhi Quiz were awarded by Acting ED (Works) Sanjay Kumar and the winners of Samarth Quiz competition were awarded by CGM Township BS Popli. CGM Inc Pawan Kumar and CGM (HRD) Manish Jalota were also present in the inaugural session of Business Quiz Competition. The program was coordinated by Amit Anand, Senior Manager (HRD).
