The final of SAIL Golden Jubilee Badminton Championship, hosted by BSL at the Sports Complex, Sector 4, concluded on 18 September. In the final of the championship, the team of Bokaro Steel Plant won by 2-1 in men's category, while team of Bhilai Steel Plant stood runner up and team of Rourkela Steel Plant stood third. On the other hand, in the women's section, the team of Rourkela Steel Plant won 2-0, while the runner up of Durgapur Steel Plant and the team of Bokaro Steel Plant got the third position. The trophy was presented to the winners by Amarendu Prakash, Director-in-Charge, BSL During the event Executive Director of BSL, Chief General Manager and other senior officers were also present.
