The weather of cold has passed now and summer has started showing its symptoms of arrival. At this juncture of time the State Government has sent blankets to be distributed among the poor of Hazaribagh district.
On March 03, a truck loaded with 850 blankets reached Keredari block headquarters from Ranchi. On Saturday trucks loaded with blankets also reached to some other blocks.
When asked CO Keredari said that during last winter we had received less number of blankets. Now the blankets have been received and soon it will be distributed among the poor. Many Mukhiyaas said that during last winter they got only 45 blankets and while distributing it people openly criticised and abused us. However they hoped that now they will give blankets to the needy ones who will use it during the coming winter.
