PNS

The BJP will raise issues of public interest inside and outside the House during the ongoing Monsoon Session of the Assembly. The decision was taken in the meeting of BJP legislative body presided by Opposition leader Arjun Munda at the party office in Ranchi on Friday.

Addressing the MlAs, Munda first expressed concerns on the deteriorating law and order condition of the State. Alleging the government of playing with the values of the state by imposing anti-people policies and ignoring the pathetic law and order situation, Munda said that the party would vehemently raise its voice for the people’s cause inside and outside the House.

“The BJP understands its role of being in the Opposition and it is capable of firmly raising questions in the House. The party will raise all the issues concerning the common man of the state and will expose the failures of the government in the house by giving proper arguments,” Munda said.

The MlAs present in the meeting stressed on the need of discussing issues pertaining to the woes of the common man and expressed concerns on the poor law and order situation of the State.

BJP MlA Raghuwar Das discussed on the working process of the legislative body inside and outside the House, while former Speaker CP Singh put forth the details of proposed gherao programme of the Assembly on August 5. State BJP president and organizing secretary of the unit also took part in the meeting.
