Chief Minister Raghubar Das has said that his party is working on a strategy to ensure victory on more than 65 seats in Jharkhand Assembly polls. Das, who received a heroic welcome after his arrival in the city, said that  the State BJP is now focusing on preparations for the State Assembly elections. BJP and its allies will form the next Government in the State with a two-third majority.

Speaking to newsmen, Das said, “BJP will go ahead with a target of winning 65 plus seats in the Assembly polls. Lok Sabha elections have seen total demolition of the Opposition all over the country. Voters have given clear mandate in favour of the party. They have rejected the tall and fake claims of Opposition’s grand alliance. They have made it clear that now Governments cannot just run on oratory skills and dynasty politics. Only real performance and delivery will matter.” Das said the BJP’s historic win is the victory of the people of India. He said the people of Jharkhand, especially Adivasis, too, had shown selfish regional parties the door.

“voters have given their verdict against Congress Party and other divisive policies of opposition parties. People have voted in favour of development schemes of the Prime Minister Modi and accepted them, and that the results proved it,” he said.

He said that Modi’s charismatic personality has helped party reach new heights under his leadership. He further said that under Modi’s leadership the party is heading for Congress free India as the saffron party has established its imprint from North-East to Jammu and Kashmir. Das also congratulated Modi and party president Amit Shah for splendid performances.

“From the very first day we were confident of our party's win and we feel relieved to see our candidates heading towards an easy win. We are happy that the party has regained power. Every party worker had toiled and they deserve to be lauded. Modi’s charismatic personality and his vision of development too favoured our party, voters has shown faith in his leadership,” said the Chief Minister.
