BJP rebels to be expelled soon: Arun Singh

PNS

BJP rebels in poll race are to be expelled from the party. Stating this national general secretary of BJP Arun Singh at his press conference here today said, “Their expulsion from the party is a matter of just one or two days.

They will be shown the door.” Sources said prominent head that will so roll down once the expulsion is done will be of the chief whip of the BJP Radha Krishan Kishore, who is contesting from Chhaterpur seat on AJSU ticket following denial of ticket by BJP to him.

On being asked that cadres did not become rebels by choice but by compulsion on being denied tickets Singh said, “It is true when ticket is denied one feels hurt.

But where is the reason for revolt against the discipline of the party?”Singh said in the same vein, “This AJSU grew with the BJP. It drew strength from the BJP.  But, then it nursed and nurtured such a high and big dream that made this party not to look straight.” Singh parried calling to answer to a query if AJSU has ‘blackmailed’ the BJP saying, “I will not use this term but definitely AJSU wanted its own big mileage at our cost.” Singh ruled out any post poll alliance with AJSU saying, “We will come into power with absolute majority and so no door will be opened for anyone.”

On Saryu Roy Singh said, “He looks more like Subramaniam Swamy. He is a habitual dissenter. It has become his habit. He has raised issues on public platform always than going for its discussion within the party.” Singh said, “Was he ok with Babulal Marandi Government? He did the same with Arjun Munda government. He was doing the same with Raghubar Das Government.”

He said, “I remember here in Daltonganj, when I had suggested to him to mend his ways by raising his voice within the party and not to take issue to the public knowledge, but he did not pay heed to my suggestion then.”

On NRC and CAB (citizen amendment bill) Singh said, “IT would be launched here too.” To a question that ECI got Maharashtra election of 281 seats in just one phase while here for just 81 seats there are 5 phases of polling to which this BJP leader said, “There are inputs of disruptive forces at work here. And more this is the decision of the ECI.” Singh pulled a big surprise when he said, “Many conspiracies are on here against the BJP to keep it out of power.”

He expressed his inability to say if naxals too are in the part of this ‘conspiracy’.  The BJP general secretary conceded that states having different Government other than what is at the centre face hardships and said Governments of West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh etc where there are different Governments other than the central Government face difficulties and so to have a pace for development people of this state should vote for the BJP.
