As the district administration filed a case against Dharamjit Singh one of the close confidants of Baghmara BJP MLA Dhullu Mahto for alleged instigating of people that led to a stone pelting incident outside ACC cement plant on Monday,the MLA demanded for an inquiry by an independent agency.
The MLA who besides being BJP MLA is also one of the secretaries of Left oriented trade union AICCTU , alleged that the
administrative officials were taking side of the management and those who have been staging dharna for employment including Dharamjit has been implicated falsely in the case.
The administration is intimidating the innocent villagers and leaders who had been staging a peaceful demonstration, alleged Mahto.
