A meeting of BJP district unit was held on Sunday in the auditorium of Anugrah Narayan High School Kairo. The programme was presided over by district president Raj Mohan Ram. It was inaugurated by garlanding and lighting the candles before the pictures of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Din Dayal Upadhyay.
Union Minister of State for Agriculture and MP Sudarshan Bhagat was the chief guest of the function attended by state media-in-charge Sanwarmal Agarwal, among others. leading the programme, district president Rajmohan Ram said, “The BJP is the party of principles. The party lit the candles where there is darkness for a long time.”
Sudarshan Bhagat said, “India has taken revenge from Pakistan by surgical strike in the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. In Goa BRICS summit, Pakistan has again been warned. Modiji has given reply for the wound of our soldiers.”
State media in-charge Sabarmal Agarwal said, “At present, the Opposition parties are trying to mislead the innocent Aadiwasies in the matter of CNT SPT Act. The recent example of it is the incidence of Barkagaon.”
Rakesh Prasad said, “The members are the backbones of the party. The BJP is the disciplined party.”
In the programme Braj Bihari Prasad, Srichand Prajapati and Maneer Oraon also put their views. The district president announced to celebrate Birsa Jayanti at each booth on November 15.
On the occasion Saroj Mahto, Suraj Mohan Sahu, Om Prakash Kansyakar, Naveen Kumar, Balkrishna Singh, Pankaj lal Gupta, Rajkumar Verma and Rajesh Mahto were present.
