Concerned over the regular disruption of Assembly during this Monsoon Session over the issue of agitating Para-Teachers, State BJP president Ravindra Rai claimed that the Para Teachers in the State are being mobilised under some provocation. Rai, while talking to the media persons at the party headquarters in Ranchi also alleged Ppposition parties of politicising the issue for their own benefits.
“Everything is being done under political provocation of the Opposition parties... They (Para Teachers) must believe in the Government so that a solution of the problem could be found out following talks,” said Rai. The Para-teachers should also keep away of becoming a political legerdemain of the Opposition parties, he added.
Rai further appealed to the agitating Para Teachers that they should not let their cause become a political rink for the opposition parties and the ruling alliance. “I have pity on those people who are trying to take political advantage of the self-mobilised agitators and are shedding crocodile tears before them. They are the members of the same political parties who never cared for the problems of Para-Teachers when they were in power a few months back,” Rai said.
Rai also tried to convince the agitating Para-Teachers that the ruling alliance under the leadership of BJP is committed to solve their problems and the party leadership also has requested CM Raghubar Das as immediate solution must be found out of this solution. The BJP led state government believes their problems to be their own problem, added Rai.
“It is really unfortunate that those leaders of the political parties who never cared for their problems, are now shedding crocodile tears before them in their programme,” said Rai. They are taking to take political mileage over the efforts made by others; the opposition could have taken advantage of the short term of the house by raising the issues of public interest and finding solutions for the problems after a healthy discussion, Rai added.
According to Rai, it was a kind of political bankruptcy where the opposition parties, in spite of taking the path of democracy, have chosen the path of streets and I believe that they do not have trust over t eh democratic arrangements of this Country.
