BJP attacks Hemant for his remark on CM

PNS

The State BJP leadership today lashed out at Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) executive president and former Chief Minister Hemant Soren for his remark against Chief Minister Raghubar Das. State BJP unit, spokesperson, Pravin Prabhakar addressing a press conference at State BJP office said, “Hemant Soren should mind his language. He should think before making any unsavoury remarks against Das.”

“The people will State in just concluded Lok Sabha elections have rejected JMM and their policies. The people in coming Assembly elections will again give same treatment to JMM and other Mahagathbandhan parties if they fail to understand the pulse of people,” added Prabhakar.

The BJP leader’s statement was against Soren where he had said that in coming assembly election, the people of State will reject BJP at the same time JMM will launch an agitation for ouster of outsider Chief Minister, Raghubar Das.

At the two day working committee and legislature party meet, Soren had said that his party will launch an agitation against outsider (Chhattisgarhi) chief minister.  Raghubar Das family who hailed from Chhattisgarh had migrated to Jharkhand (then Bihar) more than six decades back. Das had done his education and started his labour union politics from Jamshedpur before electing to MLA and then becoming Chief Minister. But, JMM and other Mahagathbandhan leaders have been attacking Das as outsider.

The BJP leader said that JMM leader has learn the art of making un-parliamentary remark against his opponent from Congress president Rahul Gandhi. “Entire country has seen the fate of Rahul Gandhi after Lok Sabha election results. The people of country have rejected Rahul Gandhi for his remark on Rafale and Chowidar,” said Prabhakar.

The defeat of Congress party is such shocking for Rahul Gandhi that the Congress leadership had even put a gag order on his spokespersons from attending debate on television channels.

The BJP said that in coming Assembly election the people of state will reject JMM especially from Santhal Pargana the traditional bastion of JMM. The defeat of JMM chief Shibu Soren from Dumka is shocking for JMM but for BJP it was expected as the JMM leadership had done nothing for welfare of people of tribals.

On the issue of four parties—JMM, Congress, JVM and RJD again forming alliance against BJP in assembly election, the BJP spokesperson said: “State has seen how four parties fought each other over seat sharing 9in Lok Sabha.
