Bermo MLA Anup Singh alias Jaimangal Singh, who also is State president of Rashtriya Colliery Mazdoor Sangh (RCMS), has held coal company officials responsible for theft of coal and illegal mining in BCCL, ECL and CCL.
Talking to the media here he said ,"When a huge Central force is deployed for safety and security of coal mines, loading points and weight bridges, how it's being stolen or illegal mining is on" .
"Certainly it's the outcome of nexus between company officials and the force with the people involved in illegal works," said Anup.
On INTUC controversy Anup said, our union RCMS has been awarded affiliation by the INTUC in Jharkhand turning down the claim of others be it Tripathi faction or Choubey faction .This makes clear which is the real RCMS.
On delay of coal wage agreement , Singh said that delay is not intrest of mines .
Absence of INTUC in JBCCI is also one of the reasons for the delay, said Singh.
He also met BCCL CMD Samiran Dutta and discussed different aspects of miners' welfare with him. Senior RCMS leader AK Jha and other union leaders too were present on the occasion.
