A meeting of District Development Coordination and Directions was held in Abhilasha hall of collectorate building on Saturday. In this meeting MoS Union Minister for Agriculture and Welfare-cum-MP Sudarshan Bhagat, DC Bhuvnesh Pratap Singh, SP Karthik S, district council president Sunaina Kumari, municipal chairperson Pawan Ekka, other political leaders, MlA Sukhdeo Bhagat and many administrative officials were present.
On the occasion, Minister Sudarshan Bhagat said, all the departments should work with a transparency maintaining quality within prescribed time. This is the second meeting of the committee. The committee is somewhat different from vigilance committee. The aim of this committee is to review the plans in the State started by the Central Government and to avail the benefits of the plans to the last person of the society. As well analyse the problems and also to solve them out.
Committee has also been set up to probe the irregularities in implementations of the plans. In the meeting a discussion on Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yozna, Din Dayal Upadhyay Gram Jyoti Yozna, Prime Minister Crop insurance plan, health plans, Drinking water, by-pass road construction and clean India campaign were carried out.
In the meeting an order to issue pro forma against the executive engineer of Road constriction department, to check the payment of executive engineer of district electricity department, to lodge complaints against the bidder Raghunandan Ram, to install notice boards of all plans, to pass DPR from district administration of any plan, to save the cultural asset and to make all efforts to make the district ODF till 31st March 2017 were given. The orders were also passed in the meeting to take admission of 25 per cents BPl children in each private school, to hand over the uncompleted plans and to renovate the Damodar River.
By the road construction department some roads have been ruined to repair. So no delay would be accepted. All the plans run by Government must be taken seriously by all officials, directed the MP.
All officials of several departments, MlA Sukhdeo Bhagat, and administrative officials were present during the meeting.
