Ranchi Deputy Commissioner, Rahul Kumar Sinha and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Kishor Kaushal gave necessary directions to the deputed officers, magistrates, police personnel during the joint briefing.
Deputation police-administrative officers, magistrates and police force briefings were held at Morhabadi ground at the venue of the local planning policy cum appointment letter distribution ceremony under the private sector on Saturday. During the briefing, Deputy Development Commissioner, Vishal Sagar, Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Deepak Dubey, Superintendent of Police Rural, Naushad Alam, Superintendent of Police, City, Anshuman Kumar, ADM Law and Order, Ramvriksha Mahato and others were present.
The seating area in the venue is divided into three sectors. Sinha directed the deputed administrative-police officers and personnel to control their respective deputation areas. He said that all the deputed officers and workers should be well aware of their respective places of work and should discharge their duties with utmost seriousness while coordinating with the concerned officers.
There will be separate frisking arrangements for women and men during the programme. No objectionable items are allowed to be brought during the event. The Deputy Commissioner directed the police officers and personnel deputed at all the entrances to work carefully for maintaining law and order during the entire program.
The parking area was also visited by the DC. He gave necessary directions regarding the arrangement of parking of vehicles at Army Ground.
During the briefing, Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi, Kishor Kaushal said that all preparations have been made regarding security. The entire venue has been divided into zones, sub zones and sectors. Proper arrangements have also been made for barricading, parking so that there is no problem in maintaining law and order during the program, he added.
