With the main objective to provide an interactive platform to all the aspiring Rural Development management students, second ‘CSR Choupal’ was successfully organised by Tata Steel Rural Development Society (TSRDS) in collaboration with Department of Rural Development, XISS to give exposure to the management students and to provide an opportunity for all the management candidates to clarify doubts with the working professionals in their specialised streams.
The event is a platform for the budding professionals to put forward their suggestions on how to enhance future CSR activities. TSRDS has been successful in spreading the awareness of its CSR activities. The stage was shared by an alumna who shared her journey with TSRDS so far with all the students present.
The live discussion gave the students an opportunity to clarify even the most basic doubts. TSRDS is an umbrella society housing project like Tribal Cultural Society (TCS), Tata Steel Skill Development Society (TSSDS) and Urban Services. TSRDS has various areas of interventions like health, education, empowerment, ethnicity, agriculture including sports and provides immense opportunity to management graduates.
