We have stepped ahead and very soon you will get payment banks near your house from where you recharge your mobile. For it banking licenses to mobile operators will be given and at their recharge centers you will get the facility of withdrawing and depositing your money. It was said by Central State Finance Minister Jayant Sinha while talking to newsmen after inaugurating two branches of Bank of India.
State Minister of Finance Jayant also hinted that the account holders of PM Jan Dhan Yojna will get some more benefits soon. Our government is well aware of the problems of banking sector and the employees of this sector and assured that to solve the problems it will never hesitate in taking hard decisions.
local MP cum Minister Jayant Sinha first inaugurated the Tati Jharia branch by visiting there and then e-inaugurated the Keredari branch from the Birsa Munda auditorium of BOIs zonal office. Talking about more and more use of technology in banking sector he said that soon the people will get ATM facility in post offices. MP Sinha distributed cheques of worth Rs. 32 lakhs to 87 women SHGs. He thanked the BOI family for their quick response on his suggestions and requests.
GM of Bank of India Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh Jain Bhushan said that his bank is going to start mobile vans to provide banking facilities in remote areas of the state. He also informed about their plan of installing more ATMs in the state. Talking about the social responsibilities he assured that like past in future too they will continue to maintain their fine track record.
Zonal manager Amit Roy informed that with the opening of two new branches the number of branches of BOI in Hazaribagh district has gone up to 32 and 88 in Hazaribagh zone. He also informed that by the end of March three more e-galleries, one each in Ramgarh, Chatra and Koderma districts, will become functional in Hazaribagh zone.
On this occasion Deputy Zonal Manager IC Mishra, branch managers of many branches, officers and staffs of BOI, MlA Manish Jaiswal, eminent citizens and BJP workers were present.
