Medha milk products will now be available to the customers in a new avatar. The re-launch event was conducted in Hotel Radisson Blu on Tuesday. Agriculture Minister Randhir Singh formally re-launched the new logo, tagline and packaging of Medha.
Singh mentioned that the brand 'Medha' was re-launched based on the feedback received of a comprehensive survey of more than 5,000 consumers and dairy farmers. The logo, tagline and the packaging have been redesigned to signify quality and purity. He complimented the packaging of all the products of Medha, their colour combinations and logo and said that they have become more attractive to portray the freshness associated with the brand.
The General Manager of the brand reported that the new range of products is nourishing and safer as compared to others in the market. In the state of Jharkhand, ‘Medha’ is the only brand to sell vitamins A&D fortified milk. He also informed that Medha is currently available to consumers in 21 districts of the state.
The General Manager of the brand further stated that when a consumer pays his money for a product, he has the complete right to expect guaranteed quality in return.

After the formation of Jharkhand Milk Federation in 2014, Medha has always aimed to provide healthy and delicious milk and milk-products to the maximum number of people in the State. The long-term motive is to increase the level of Nutrition Index of Jharkhand.
Currently, under Jharkhand Milk Federation, there are four advanced milk-processing plants in the state. Apart from the 1 lakh liter processing plant located in Hotwar, Ranchi, three other plants are located at Deoghar with a capacity of 25,000 liters, latehar and Koderma with a capacity of 10,000 liters each.
