Following the upcoming ‘Chhath Puja’, Municipal Commissioner, Shaantanu Kumar Agrahari along with the team on Saturday conducted inspection of cleanliness status of major water reservoirs. Covering all 18 major ponds, the Municipal Commissioner during the inspection issued an order to suspend the Multipurpose Supervisor of ward 4.
Also, taking stringent action against the Zonal Supervisor of Zone 1 issued the suspension order after precisely going through the work of the respective ward and other zones. Similarly, other ward supervisors have been instructed to ensure all essential arrangements in their respective areas within two days.
Agrahari after inspecting the present condition of ‘Divyaan’ Pond has ordered the engineering wing to conduct assessment of the work complete by the agency as per the phase 1 contract clause while issued the immediate suspension order of the convener given the task of keeping the work record of the respective pond.
