The Deputy commissioner has deputed magistrates to get 550 oxygen cylinders refilled at three locations in Dhanbad.
The deputation was made to ensure that the supply is not disrupted at any of the government hospitals where Covid patients are admitted.
Giving details, DC US Singh said, the cylinders are to be filled at three different locations thus additional manpower has been appointed to smooth refilling and supply.
He said there is no shortage of medicines and other items required for treatment of critical patients in the district.
He said a health kit for patients under home isolation is to reach them within 24 hours since permission of home isolation.
