On the second day of mega lok adalat under District Judicial Services Authority, a total of 52 cases were disposed off.
An attempt has been made to burry the hatchets through mutual agreement by seven Benches. These include the matters related to pre-litigations too. The matters of disputes in several cases were were of Rs.1,79,845. These constituted of the cases relating to loans, compensations, criminal cases, forest department etc.
A total of 12 disputes related to pre-litigation, 25 cases related to mutations, 3 cases related to Act-107, 2 cases related to electricity department, 8 criminal cases and 2 cases of FF2 have been terminated.
