The two-day employment fair organized by CCl concluded on Friday with huge response by the participants. The Fair was organised for dependents/wards of CCl Employees/Ex Employees at its headquarter in Ranchi. In all, 514 students hads registered for the fair, who were interviewed for different post such as electrician, welder, fitter and others. At the end of the two day Employment Fair 421 candidates were interviewed by 34 companies. The participating companies included some big names like l&T, HEC, Cummins, Tata Motors, Usha Martin, STI Marketing, Allsion etc.
“This employment fair has acted as a bridge connecting the candidates and companies and is mutually beneficial to both” said one of the participating employers. The fair has been highly appreciated by both the candidates and employers. They added that this effort form CCl is particularly helpful to the youth from rural areas.
