Former Chief Minister Raghubar Das, Lok Sabha MP from Koderma Annapurna Devi and State ST Morcha president cum Rajya Sabha MP Smeer Oraon have been given important posts in the new BJP national team announced on Saturday.
Das and Devi have been made National Vice Presidents in the party, while Sameer Oraon has been made the president of national ST cell of the BJP. All the three leaders thanked the senior leadership, colleagues and partymen for instilling faith upon them. The leaders said that they will discharge their duty with diligence and honesty.
State BJP president Deepak Prakash, Legislative Party Leader Babulal Marandi, state organization general secretary Dharmpal Singh along with a host of leaders including MLAs and MPs of the party from Jharkhand conveyed good wishes to the newly appointed national office bearers.
