‘Hindi Prachar-Prasar Programme’ at HEC
Under the supervision of Chief Vigilance Officer and Plant Head of HEC, ‘Hindi Prachar-Prasar Programme’ was organized at HEC auditorium on Saturday to predominately promote the Matribhasha. HEC, CMD, Abhijeet Ghosh who was present during the meeting has appealed to the officials to work and promote the language as much as possible while conducting several programmes to promote the language on day to day basis.
Gupta inspects Hatia-Jhalida Section
Divisional Rail Manager of Ranchi Rail Division Vijay Kumar Gupta on Friday inspected the Hatia-Jhalida section and visited a bridge between Jonha and Kita Stations and also Silli and Gutamdhara Stations on it. Before that he also inspected the level crossing gate between Tulin and Jhalida. Top officials of Ranchi Rail Division were also present along with him during the inspection.
RD Singh is FAIASPDA President
Federation of All India Automobile Spare Parts Dealers Association in its Annual General Meeting on Saturday unanimously declared R D Singh as its National President. Singh in his address after taking the charge said his priority as a president will be to urge centre to decrease GST rate on spare parts from 28 per cent to 18 per cent and impose it only on production and distribution points. He later announced his team which comprised Promod Choudhary as General Secretary, Pankaj Gautam as Senior Vice President, Sanjay Sonavane as Vice President and Manpreet Singh Chadda as Treasurer.
Storage facility begins at FCI Bokaro
Amit Bhushan , General Manager of Food Corporation of India(FCI), Jharkhand under PEG scheme on Thursday operationalised 20,000 metric tonnes storage facility in Bokaro. He lauded FCI for building the facility and complying to its responsibilities under National Food Security Act for timely allocation of food grains and other eatables. Its construction will not only generate employment opportunities but will ultimately lead to development of the region, he added.
