PNB’s ‘Gandhigiri’ for loan recovery
Punjab National Bank’s officials and employees today chose to pick the path of “Gandhigiri” for loan recovery. led by Division Head, Pravin Kumar Jain and Chief Manager, D K Shah, Daljeet Singh along with 35 other officials protested silently visited the houses of the defaulters and requested them to repay their remaining funds to the bank so that the banking system could run smoothly. Pravin Jain said the purpose of this initiative was to convince the people to pay back their remaining money to the bank on time.
GST seminar by JCI
JCI today organised a seminar for its members on GST where experienced trainer from Chandigarh Piyush Bansal apprised the members of the rules under the GST. Bansal said that GST is transparent tax system and is beneficial for the business fraternity. He said that one does not need to be afraid of GST; rather it would be very beneficial for the traders and the country. The chairmen of the seminar were JC Deepak Agarwal and JC Amit Chawchariya. About 70-80 members attended the seminar.
Irfan Ahmed, 300 others join AJSU
AJSU Chief Sudesh Mahto said that his party was committed towards working according to the feelings of the people of Jharkhand as the state could only get benefitted by moving on the path of social justice and harmony. Mahto was speaking during programme organized on the occasion of joining the party by Irfan Ahmed along with 300 other supporters.
