Architects finding difficulty in uploading details

City-based architects and builders are finding it difficult to upload the design details on the website as the software is not compatible with the present setup. Some have even termed it as a complex process and has urged the civic body to make the tedious process easy. In the meeting conducted in the presence of Town Commissioner, Prashant Kumar on Monday, all architects and builders have been instructed not to construct multi-storey buildings (G+2) in the society and residential areas like Harmu Housing colony, Ashok Nagar and others as per the Society Act and new building by-laws. “The software is little complex to use. We prepare the designs in auto DCR. Here things are tough as pre DCR need to be created first and after several steps, things are complete and finally uploaded on site,” said, Architect, Sujit Bhagat.
