Foot march for unmanned crossings
On the concluding day of the International level Crossing Awareness Week a Foot March from Hatia Railway Station to Birsa Chowk and from Birsa Chowk to Hatia Station was organised. The march was led by ADRM Vijay Kumar with other senior officials. It was organised by senior divisional security officer VK Sinha. During the week people were made aware through leaflets, posters, banners and advisories at Railway crossing, stations, bus stops, petrol pumps, squares, village markets etc.
MTI bags runner up prize in quiz
Srimant Kumar Mallick and Sampad Mishra representing MTI, SAIl Ranchi have bagged the runners–up prize in the final round of 17th National Management Quiz organised by All India management Association (AIMA) while Team of TCS emerge winner of this competition. DCMP organises mock drill at BPCl depot
Disaster Control Management Plan (DCMP) on Friday organised a fire mock drill at Bharat Petroleum Corporation limited (BPCl) depot to combat any mishaps in future. Ranchi Railway Station management team members, BPCl depot employees, Fire department personnel including others participated in the mock drill.
Army men participate in Yoga
Thousands of army men including Unit Head officials, their wife and kids participated in a Yoga programme organised at 61 Infantry Brigade Helipad Ground in Namkum, Ranchi on Friday.
