Altogether 12 employees including executives, who are posted at Central Coalfields ltd (CCl)'s headquarters (Darbhanga House) superannuated from their services on May 30, 2014. They were given warm send off at a function held at Vichar Manch (Dharbhanga House).
The retired personnel Arvind Kishore Verma, Chief Manager(Exev), Safety dept, Ramesh Kumar Sinha, Manager(Sectt), HRD dept, Jainendra Tuti, Chief Store Keeper, CCl press, GP Shjrivastva, Chief Store Keeper, Gandhinagar Hospital, Krishna Nand Sharma, Foreman Incharge, TA dept among others were handed over Gratuity cheque, Pension pay order paper, CMPF payment paper. Samman Patra, medical card, service certificate, memento etc.
Retired employees also shared their personal experience during the felicitation ceremony. In the month of June, altogether 277 employees working in CCl superannuated from their services.
While welcoming all present with superannuated employees, TK Nag, Director (Tech/Operations) said, "Felicitation Ceremony is a good platform in which we felicitate the retired employees on the same day". Nag said. He praised the superannuated employees for their support in achieving 50 million tonne of coal production. He advised all the retired personnel for planned investment of terminal benefits. He wished all the retired employees for a happy and peaceful life with their family.
Welcome address was addressed by General Manager (P/NEE) VN Prasad while vote of thanks was delivered by RS Mahapatra. Retired employees also share their views and wished the company all-round development in the coming days.
