Anti-Tobacco Walk
Rotary Club of Ranchi organised Ant-Tobacco Morning Walk on the occasion of Anti-Tobacco Day from Circular Road to Firayalal Chowk on Saturday. Rotarians, students of Ranchi Chapter of Cost Accountants and ISM-Pundag, players and few morning walkers joined the walk. During the walk, people were advised to refrain from tobacco and pamphlets were distributed.
NCC’s anti-tobacco rally
An “anti-tobacco rally” was organised by three Jharkhand Battalion NCC at Village Rudhiya 0n 31 May 2014 at 8 am wherein two Officers, four JCOs, four NCOs and 300 Cadets of Bihar & Jharkhand state participated. The aim of the rally was to raise awareness in society the evils of tobacco use this event marked the “No Tobacco Day”.
Environment Day at CCl
To mark the occasion of Environment Day - 2014, CCl will organise different programs for the CCl employees and their children pertaining to environment conservation. Painting competition along with essay competition will be organized at Gandhinagar Recreation Club on June 3. Children will be divided in four class/ age groups with different subjects. CCl felicitates retired employees Six employees including executives, posted at Central Coalfields ltd (CCl)’s head quarters superannuated from their services on May 31. Employees were given warm farewell at a function held at Vichar Manch, Dharbhanga House. They were handed over Gratuity cheque, Pension pay order paper, CMPF payment paper. Samman Patra, medical card, service certificate, memento etc. Retired employees also shared their personal experience during the felicitation ceremony.
