New form of Drama to entertain Ranchi
Jharkhand IAS Wife Association (JIASOWA), is going to organize a new form of dance drama which will be performed through acrobat for the first time in the city of Ranchi from September 27 to 29 at Veer Budhu Bhagat Aquatic Stadium, Hotwar Sports Complex, Khelgaon.
Chanakya to conduct UPSC coaching
Chanakya IAS Academy will be conducting a new unit for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination from September 14. Academy’s Vice President Vinay Kumar Mishra said that in the last 20 years more than 2500 selection gave been made from this institution.
JAC seeks to improve Inter Science result
Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) in its second day to explain the district teachers on how the intermediate results can be improved held a day long session on Thursday wherein Principals of Ursuline Convent and DPS suggested various ways to explain subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology to the students. For past few years, JAC records a poor performance in Science. The present workshop is a remedy on how this performance can be made better.
Congress calls meetings of district and block committees
Jharkhand State Congress Committee president Sukhdeo Bhagat has called a meeting of the presidents of district and block Congress Committee today at the Assembly auditorium in Ranchi. Meeting of Block Congress Committee will be held at 11:30 am while of District Congress Committee take place at 3:30 pm. Discussion regarding adding more teeth to the organization will be discussed during the meeting along with the organizational issues.
Signature campaign against petrol depot
loksahbha Yuva Congress will organize a signature campaign demanding shifting of petrol depot from Chutia area. The organization had earlier protested on August 2013 in favour of their demand but the officials did not do anything in this regard. The signature campaign will begin at 12 am.

Chairman addresses Minorities at Hazaribagh
Chairman of Minority Commission Shaid Akthar while addressing the minorities at Hazaribagh said that the aim of the commission is to develop the economic and educational condition of the minorities of the state and protection of the constitutional rights. Shaid further added that the women of the minorities should be connected with SHG and will also try to avail loans under MSME projects.
