Congress candidate from Raipur (West) Vikas Upadhyaya on Wednesday while completing his first round of public contact programme stated that youths and intellectuals would have to exercise their franchise in large numbers to elect the right public representative.
Upadhyaya alleged that the BJP had been misleading the uneducated and the poor by alluring them with various inducements. In this way, it would be like making success of designs of wrong people due to lesser number of voting by the educated people in the polls, he said.
