A joint team of the Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra Forest Departments on Thursday arrested two persons for allegedly trying to sell a tiger skin in Gariaband district.
The anti-poaching team arrested Shyamlal Narauti and Amzad Pathan from Etapalli area on the Chhattisgarh-Maharashtra border, an official statement said.
The tiger skin, two mobile phones and a motorcycle used in the crime were seized.
