Chhattisgarh Police on Tuesday arrested two men with 25 grams of brown sugar (adulterated heroin) valued at Rs 1.25 lakh in Bilaspur district.
Bilaspur Senior Superintendent of Police Parul Mathur identified them as Mohammad Javed (33) and Premnarayan alias Sunny Choudhary (29), both residents of Bilaspur city.
They were nabbed near a bus stand in Ratanpur town. They told the police that they brought the contraband from Uttar Pradesh, the officer said.
