Reduction in numbers of vehicles in Chief Minister’s cavalcade and denying permission for publication of diaries and calendars by board and corporations and various government department except Public Relations are some of the measures that displays how Congress government is against extravagance in administration, said State Congress Spokesperson Ghanshyam Raju Tiwari.
Tiwari in a statement said that the Chief Minister had given preference for waiving off farmer loans and increasing the minimum support price of paddy this Kharif season.
Tiwari also welcomed the decision of the government for setting up Special Investigation Team (SIT) for ‘Jheeram Valley Massacre’ probe which had wiped off the entire frontline State-level leaders of Congress party and a conspiracy behind the matter would now come to the fore, he said.
