Tata Motors on Friday announced the launch of its new hatchback, the TIAGO in Chhattisgarh.
Surendra Barman, Vice President, Sales, Passenger Vehicle Business Utility, Tata Motors informed in a press conference here on Friday that the product was designed in three years time through hard work of engineers from Pune (Maharashtra), Italy and United Kingdom.
“A lot of customer survey prior to launch of the car was done. As of now, we have received 60,000 queries regarding the car,” he said.
Tata Motors will also take its customer service engagements to the next level with the launch of Tata Motors | Service Connect, a new customer application for TIAGO customers, to make the post-purchase experience easy and stay connected with them at all times for a hassle-free service experience, a company press release stated
Besides providing free pick-up and drop service, Tata Motors Service will also offer loaner cars for repair services if it requires the car to be at workshop overnight.
