For proper monitoring of Covid vaccination, the Jagdalpur district administration has created a Task Force at the district level, block level and for city region.
The Force was created on the initiative of Collector Rajat Bansal to ensure effective handling and administration of Covid vaccines, a press release said on Tuesday.
The district level task force will be headed by the Collector while CEO Zila Panchayat, Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO), district programme officer of Women and Child Development department, IMA district President, WHO district representatives along with other key departments will be its members, the release said.
The block task force will be headed Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) or Tahsildar level officer while the block level task force will be convened by Block Health Officer.
CEO Janpad Panchayat, project officer women and child development department, public representatives from Janpad Panchayat, Thana in-charges along with other key departments will be also part of the block level and city region teams.
