Chhattisgarh has displayed remarkable performance in implementing three important social security schemes launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, officials stated.
Within four months of launching Pradhanmantri Suraksha Bima, Pradhanmantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana and Atal Pension Yojana, the State has managed to ensure registration of 39,76,175 people in different banks operational here till August 29. Number of registration under these schemes is successively rising, they stated.
In a meeting of State-level Bankers Committee (SlBC) it was informed that Chhattisgarh managed to secure second position in the country in implementing the three schemes launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said officials of Finance Directorate.
For this achievement, Chief Minister Raman Singh has extended his greetings to the people of the State.
