State government on Thursday has sanctioned Rs. 2 crores 99 lakhs 57 thousand for restoration of Shivbandha-Bandhwa-Ramsagar Pond, situated at Seoni village in Abhanpur block of Raipur district. Restoration of this pond will ensure availability of water for people of surrounding areas and also facilitate irrigation of area upto 50 hectares.
Minister of Water Resource Department Ramvichaar Netam released the orders in the context from Mahanadi Bhavan Mantralaya on Thursday. Officials have been instructed to complete this work on priority basis.
