State Government have ordered all the departments to seriously comply with the instructions of completing the recruitment procedure on vacant backlog posts of OBC.
The circular issued by General Administration Department from Manatralaya states that the way backlog posts of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe were filled through direct recruitment; the same way departments should conduct a special recruitment drive to ensure recruitment on each and every backlog posts of OBC on priority basis. In the context, departments have also been instructed to furnish the details of year-wise recruitments from November 1, 2000 to April 30, 2013 in the prescribed pro-forma to Tribal Caste and Scheduled Caste Development and General Administration Department, and certify that none of the backlog posts are lying vacant.
