CEC VS Sampath said that there was a proposal from the State police to shift 323 sensitive polling stations in Bastar region elsewhere to the State Election Commission which brought down their numbers to 299. “We have decided to further bring down the 299 sensitive polling stations to half the number for their shifting elsewhere in Bastar region.”
