The South Eastern Coalfields limited (SECl) held an interactive session for successful implementation of 3rd party samplers here. The session was performed as per the directives received from the Union Ministry of Coal and Coal India limited, Kolkata. The programme was organised by the Quality Control Department of SECl and was addressed by General Manager (Quality Control), R.l.P. Gupta, General Manager (Sales & Marketing), S. Chandramauli, General Manager (Sales & Marketing), Dr Y.V.S. Prasad.
Area representatives of the company and representatives from power generating companies like CSPGCl, NTPC Ramagundam, Sipat, Adani, Nabha, Torrent, J.P. Bina, lanco, Reliance, KSK Mahanadi, India Bulls, PSEB, NSPCl and MPPGCl who attended the interactive session. SECl Director , Technical (Operations), R.P. Thakur said that customer satisfaction is the basis of development. To maintain quality, regular review and interaction with consumers is necessary, he said.
