Collector Niranjan Das has directed officials concerned to release the salary of all Panchayat category teachers of the district latest by 5th of every month.
In a review meeting of School Education Department, Das asked the block education officers to release allotment orders by 25th of the month so that salaries could be disbursed on 5th of every month.
District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Ritesh Agarwal, Additional Collector Pradeep Kumar Mishra and BEOs were present in the review meeting.
In the meeting held at Collectorate, the Collector ordered on-time reimbursement allowances of all departments and for all projects.
He also instructed to pay arrears to Tribal Development Department teachers. The Collector asked all BDOs to regularly send adjustment and demand letters so that on-time payment could be ensured.
CEO Agarwal instructed all the officers to send the status report on the Panchayat teachers’ salary details for the period from 2012 to 2015, so that required information could be forwarded to the administration.
Das also directed the officers to ensure attendance of teachers in schools under the quality education year.
He said that work of teacher’s rationalisation would be completed soon, so that all schools have required teachers.
Das asked to compulsorily send photograph of toilets constructed in schools and write off the broken and spoiled furniture by local committee.
