The Chhattisgarh government on Tuesday approved Rs 556 crores for infrastructure development in Naxalite-affected districts.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the Chhattisgarh Road and Infrastructure Development Corp (CRIDC) here presided over by Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain.
The approval is for bridges and approach roads.
The meeting also approved the accounts inspected by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) for 2019-20.
The meeting decided to refloat the tenders for works whose rates were not approval.
