Ration cards camp at Korba
The work of issuing new ration cards to the eligible beneficiaries in the gram panchayats and various civic wards under the Chhattisgarh Food Security Guarantee Act 2012 would be held through holding of camps
in the district. Food Officer H Mesih said that the work of entering the details of the applicants based on their application for issuance of the cards is already underway.
Those beneficiaries who possess the old ration card and have applied for a new ration card would continue to receive the food grains on the basis of the old ration card till they receive a new ration card.
SECTOR Magistrate for bypoll appoinTed
District Collector and Magistrate Rajat Kumar has appointed a Sector Magistrate for the conduct of by-elections to the Panchayat 2013. The official would also carry out the responsibility of a Zonal Officer.
learning licence camps ON MAY 17
The District Transport Office, Korba would hold a camp for issuing learning licence to the applicants at Sadbhavana Bhavan in Pali on May 17 and Janpad Panchayat Bhavan , Kartala on May 18 from 10 am to 2 pm on both days.
