Expressing his strong discomfort over a stalled House, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh here on Friday said that the Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi is accountable for disrupting lok Sabha proceedings.
The country has suffered from a huge loss of Rs 250 crore due to utter dysfunction of the Parliament session, CM told media persons.
If streets are used for holding agitations, Parliament is meant for discussions, he said.
The Congress party is isolated in the Parliament. The party, CM added, has now disappeared from the map of India.
